U.S. Delivery Information - Ground Service

We can't always ship the same day as these products aren't usually/always in stock. Many are made to order. These schedules are a guideline only. Because of the nature of our product it is not always possible to meet the shipping times posted.

The majority of our gift items ,including wreaths,swags and arrangements will be delivered via Ground Service. These gifts:

• Can be shipped within the Continental U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
• UPS CANNOT deliver to P.O. Boxes, or Rural Routes.
• US Postal service is a must is you have a P.O. Box or are on a rural route
• We are able to ship to APOs.
• For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, we ship by Post Office. 
• USPO would be $12.15 for US Post Office - Priority Mail. (With Click n' Ship we also get a tracking number.)
• Currently we can ship to Canada.  We do not take responsibility for any possible customs restrictions or issues.  If any problems occur with customs, we do not refund any costs involving the purchase.

Since our supplier is located in Oregon there is no need for a shipping upgrade for these states.
